I'm 22 and I'm never sure if these workouts are "intense" enough for my age but it's making me work up a sweat so I do think it is! For the first time in my life I've been working out for three whole weeks and I'm proud of myself! Thank you for making working out so easy and fun :)

Oh my! It was something that again made me open your workouts. This is amazing. I am in quite good condition but this really hit abs. These are functional, moves that you need in your daily life. You don't need straight crunches or lots of weights in your daily life. You have to strengthn directions that you need, lifting your child, working, cleaning your house. Twisting is important. I have long time ago stopped going to gym cause it makes me stiff and moves are not usable in my daily life.
