Lindsey, you said "You're an athlete" and, literally, tears came to my eyes. I was a clumsy kid who always felt like the exact opposite of an athlete...now I'm a homeschooling mom of 3, and those words felt like encouragement from God straight to my heart. METCON was my favorite and really helped me conquer those harder moves I struggled with and that mobility in between was that cherry on top. I honestly never felt stronger than when I did that challenge. I never wanted to miss a day with that challenge. And this workout was tough at the beginning not gonna lie but I did it! Thanks NML
