I don't know how it's possible to be 29 weeks pregnant and in the best shape of my life but these NML workouts have been life changing! Sure I've seen good aesthetic changes in my body, but I'm thrilled that I don't have knee pain anymore when doing lunges thanks to your knee mobility video, and it's no longer a challenge to lift my 2 year old when he wants to be held! Keep up the good work! ❤

Hello! I finished your 3-2-8 challenge last Friday.😎 The 30 to 40 minute sessions were perfect and easy to keep up with everyday. Sometimes I struggle to workout and it's hard to keep up with but this was such a nice experience I looked forward to EVERY workout. I absolutely love your guidance by the way. Speaking through the exercise allows to me ignore internal thoughts and dialogue. There's no space for me to think or doubt. this gal, by far, is one of the best I've found for a full body 30 minute workout! Bonus is the cardio that comes along with this workout. my strength training workout was getting stale so I found this and am lovin it! I think you should have some experience with weight training and be in decent shape as this workout is intense but you should definitely work up to the challenge! She's right when she states that this type of training is so good for all of us in every way and will effect all positive aspects of your health. I'm 67 so if i can do it so can you!

I’ve been doing your postpartum workout plan and absolutely loving it! I did the 28 day postpartum ab challenge and was so motivated by actually seeing results that I had to do this next challenge! I’m nearly 10mn postpartum and am so happy I stumbled upon your channel! It’s been exactly what I needed to get back into working out! Im just finishing week 2 and I wanted to give up when the muscle soreness was getting to me but then when I remembered seeing one of your shorts about needing electrolytes I decided to try it and wow! It’s a game changer! Muscle soreness has truly decreased and I can keep pushing myself to get up and do another workout each day! Thank you for the help!!

2 things I love about this workout: 1) it’s strength training but wow the heart gets pumpin cardio style anyway! And 2) the amazing soundtrack in the background- sounds like those 80’s aerobic competitions love it!

That was an awesome workout! Fav moves: side squat+row, 3 point row, uneven deadlift+uneven aquat. I also really liked the longer cooldown+stretch at the end I really needed it after yesterdays live workout. I’m already feeling sore 😁💪🏻 but so strong!

Love it! I have never done a reverse press before so that was a new surprise 😯 I really enjoy the workouts where the moves build on to each other. Really creative and engaging and makes the time fly by. Thanks Lindsay!

Many thanks for sharing👍🏾👍🏾, you wasn’t joking when you said I would feel muscle I didn’t think I had. I did this workout as part of your 3-2-8, I tried to do as much as I could in terms of steps, but there’s room for improvement. I will repeat week 1. My legs are on 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks Lindsay 🙏🏾🙏🏾
