As a part-time nurse, and full-time mama to one teething toddler, I did not want to do a work out this morning. But I knew I would feel better the rest of the day if I just “ate the frog” 🐸 so glad I did! Gaining physical strength also helps with my emotional and spiritual strength in the waiting season of trying for a second baby. Thanks NML!!

I love the real life mom talk here! That’s a huge reason why I work out, so that I can keep up with my kids, pick them up and handle the grocery bags and laundry up and down the stairs!
