I LOVED this format! What a great way to switch it up to include mobility but a super challenging workout with cardio!!! Would love to see this again. I need to sneak more mobility into workouts

My cousin worked for Now for years! Also for knee pain I use a 1 inch foam workout matt. It's so comfortable and I can kneel with tons of cushion. Thank you for another great workout.

Now we need a lower body strength cardio mobility and an upper body strength cardio mobility to go with this full body one! This was fire but still moved quickly and I loved it!

one of the toughest workout for me! i almost quit after 2nd circuit but the 3rd one was on the floor so it was easy then suddenly only 1 circuit left so I just have to do it till the end..way to go!💪🏼💪🏼

Enjoyed the weighted burpees… 😂 i actually love doing burpees. lunges were a killer for me and really hate them 😢😅 this was very challenging. I hope that i can join workouts live. 😢 but can’t have a mtg at that time.

My energy levels are so low i have a lot of protein take vits drink water. Also have coffees . Peri menopause Don't sleep very well at all. I don't drink or smoke Any suggestions?

So I do workouts yogas exercises in uh nice weather cool warm weather and cold weather and less hot in 79’s and 81’s degrees and 39’s 46’s 56’s and 66’s and 89’s and 91’s degrees and Cold Weather in arizona South Carolina North Carolina Virginia Pennsylvania New York and Washington DC
