Never give up. I’m 60 years old and have worked out since I was 16 with weights. I have overcome childhood scoliosis, rods later put in my back at the age of 34. Same year my lung collapsed 7x’s from 2002 -2017. My scoliosis has started curving in my lower hip area. I’m never going to give in. When Sydney tells you, never give up, don’t. Because I’ve stayed in shape I feel good about my body even with my arthritis due to my age and working out my whole life. So do it for you…mental and physical self. ❤😊

Did Sydney's 2023 STF back in March, and am now back for the 2024! Cannot emphasize ENOUGH how much increasing my protein has quite literally changed my body composition, like Sydney says at the end of this video. I am leaner and toned in a way that I have never been before, and while I attribute a ton of that change to these kick ass weight lifting workouts, I KNOW so much of it is also to do with upping my protein. Def worth taking the time to track what you've normally been consuming (I was averaging about 30-40 grams per day!!) and now I'm up to 95. HUGE difference. Thank you Sydney!!

Plus I really love that your format is great for working people. I am a dietitian and I will caution against 120-130 G protein especially if you have kidney issues or other health concerns. Too much of a good thing can turn into a bad thing so proceed with caution and speak with a dietitian to get your specific protein needs to meet your goals .

I'm several workouts behind (lots of graduations and family in town, plus work, etc. excuses, excuses) but I'm back on the consistency and committed train! My 5 year old did some curls with me in the final super set and he sweetly and sincerely said "Sydney is a GREAT teacher." I always agree with or praise my kid when he makes kind or positive observations about others, but there is no denying this one. I love that he's paying attention. Sydney, we love you and thanks for being here for us and with us (even when sick). Today I'm 41 so I'm happy I got 27 burpees in (across the super set). I love that more and more I tell myself "I get to do this" when working out with the best trainer in the world.

I did this as day 8 but I still crushed it! Y legs were definitely burning on those squat jump heal clicks! I did the day 8 leg day on day 7 and my legs were feeling it! I have just recently started actually eating enough protein and the difference is insane! My muscles are repairing so much faster and my energy levels and motivation are so much higher! Wow Sydney, sometimes I think 30 minutes won't be much, but that was intense! 😅Especially that last giant set, my biceps were on FIRE! 🔥I loved all the exercises for triceps, shoulders, and biceps, and LOVED that little bit of cardio to keep the HR up. 👍❤This will be one to come back to whenever I want to blast out my upper body!

Just finished this workout. I’m currently coming back from a knee injury and doing my best to keep up and modify. I will say, compared to years past, your videos don’t seem nearly as inclusive as they have in the past. Where are modifications for those who are beginners or injured or pregnant or any of the other things? When you were pregnant, you gave tons of modifications to keep workouts accessible. Plus, this video you did a bench exercise and gave no indication on how it could or should be done without a bench. Not everyone has a workout bench while doing these HOME workouts. Keep it accessible Sydney! It’s why we keep showing up

I think this may be the best program yet. I’m loving the more focused strength training but not missing out on the cardio as well. This program makes me feel like I can actually build more muscle if followed and only do these workouts. In the past I’ve done them on some days and other days did my own thing to increase the intensity as I’ve been working out 5 days a week for the past 7 years so I’m not a beginner lol but good ish 👍🏾
