Compound moves to get a fantastic workout in 30 minutes! I can’t say this felt like it went by quickly because if you’re really concentrating to work those muscles correctly, 45 seconds/move seems long! In this session, Chris mentions she gets more views on her step workouts, which are fun, fabulous cardio, but, for myself, I mostly do the strength training on this channel, some cardio (I go to the gym for cardio group classes)- Chris is an excellent trainer! Should be more evenly split in my opinion. Thanks Chris for helping me love strength training!

The 3 rounds allowed me to play with my weights each round and adjust as needed. This type of short, compound exercise routine is a favorite.

I love compound moves. I don’t mind repeats at all, honestly. I can plank, but can’t with one arm due to my spine have couple slipped disks smh they will scream if I try so I had to alter. As always great workout!

Great workout today, I have been guilty some weeks of only doing step but with your encouragement have got stronger with these strength workouts. I had my annual health review and have put on lean body mass and lowered my cholesterol to be even more healthy than it was….I think the science proves what you say Chris 😊
