A nice vinyasa practice. A couple of warrior 1's, triangles, warrior 2's, twisted triangles, seated twists, bridge with a leg up in the air. The only impossible-for-me pose is an optional head stand, and hanging out in a wide-legged forward bend was great. Thanks as always, Lesley and the Fightmaster family. The notion that people around the world share our practice with each other is a happy thing. Lesley's spirit is surely with us too. Namaste.

I know I read, either Indy or Stone were doing a 90 day challenge. This certainly inspired me to do it. Today, (day 39), I added an extra challenge. I have bad feet, and I think attempting the handstands yesterday they really took a beating. So today I wore yoga socks, but they kept slipping off my toes. So every fold from the hips I had to adjust them! This was a bit slower vinyasa so I paid more attention to my breaths. When I began taking yoga classes after my dad passed, some days after savasana I would began crying. I would roll over to my right side (in a class of about 30 others) & instead of leaving my right arm out I would hug myself tightly and say to myself "it's ok, it's going to be ok. You can forgive yourself.😢 Your dad loves you." I learned how yoga helps release emotions and sometimes you need to cry. Hope you are ok and loving yourselves and each other. This challenge brings me to Lesley almost every day. Tomorrow day 40! 🙏🏻

When I first found Fightmaster Yoga I done a class similar to this, I remember struggling with the more difficult standing twists so much, and I had been practising for some time. Today, I remembered that day as I felt strong and found space in each one. It made me so grateful for this practice with you!

Wow! I have lost 13 pounds in 39 days by doing your 90 day program and cutting out gluten and sugar. I started on this regimen because I had chronic sinusitis that wouldn't heal for 3 months. Your program along with my diet and using the netti pot, is healing me. I'm feeling better than I have in such a long time. Do you have yoga for sinuses? Thanks!!!! Love ya lots !!! This one got me nice and warm but was also totally relaxing. Almost fell asleep during corpse pose but then the Incredibles woke me up :) Thanks for all the great videos! I try to do your flows about 3 times a week

The daily practice has helped improve my flexibilty. as whole I am more energized, loving to others and staying in great shape. Now only if I could get that hand stand and head stand.

Perfect class for my Tuesday morning! I know most of your classes are 30 minutes. Have you considered do a 60 min? I would LOVE a few options for longer classes, although I suppose I could just play it again? :) Thank you for so generously sharing your practice with us.

Leslie, I love these videos! I have never considered myself a morning person, and although I have been staying in amazing shape for years now, I have always felt sluggish getting out of bed every morning. I wouldn't feel energized until I did my workouts later in the evening. So 30 days ago, I decided to try doing yoga first thing in the morning as a way to loosen up and wake myself up. Why not, right? I found you, 9 days into your 90 day fix, and I have followed along with every single video since. Your videos are great because you have an upbeat attitude, you change it up every day, and the routines work for anybody from beginners to advanced yogis. Seriously, as a guy who occasionally finds himself getting a little too big for his britches and bragging about how fast and strong he is, I have been humbled by some of the poses you can do with ease that make me just fall flat on my face. Keep up the amazing work. You have given a lot to me already, so if there is anything I can do to give back, feel free to let me know. I'll be here with you for 90 days and beyond! Thanks

I can completely relate to your experience of being humbled by the practice. I was teacher for a few years when I found my current teacher at the Ashtanga studio. I thought I was a pretty advanced practitioner and then I started going to her classes....wow! There were things that she did with ease that I couldn't even conceive of doing! It's a wonderful part of the practice to know the there is always more that we can learn both on and off of the mat! I would love it if you could share our classes with your friends, if you feel comfortable doing that. xx :-)

AH! What a great well-rounded practice! I really enjoyed this one. Do you have any videos that specialize on stretching the hip flexors and quadriceps? I have very tight quads and very loose hamstrings. Much of yoga stretches the hamstrings...but I need them stronger and my quads looser!!! Thanks, Lesley!

Marcia Hetrick thank you so much! I think that low lunges are great for stretching the hip flexors...just be sure to keep your hip points lifting toward your low ribs to lengthen your lower back, otherwise you won't feel a stretch. :-)

I realized today that as I took my seated forward bend, I could grab my feet! Up to this point, I've only been able to grab my shins. I got so excited that I had to pull my awareness back to what I was supposed to be doing!
