I just wanted to say this because you’re a smaller channel and i feel you might actually have the chance to see it: over the past few years, your channel has changed my life. I found you when i was pregnant during the worst of the pandemic and had been separated from my husband for months because of it. I was a young soon to be mom and so scared of losing my body and identity to motherhood. I found your prenatal workouts and did practically all of them. I was able to stay fit and energetic, and have something that was mine. After i had our baby, i found your mommy and me workouts, and did those. Both my son and i loved them. Now, he’s a toddler and i have a little more time to myself day to day. I do your workouts nearly every morning during his nap, and it’s my favorite part of the day. I can see and feel myself getting stronger, and now that i’m past the hump of seeing working out as a thing i’m forcing myself to do, it’s nearly addictive to keep pushing myself to do things i would have thought i could never do (in a healthy way!) My family is filled to the brim with genetic, chronic, life destroying illnesses, and i know i’m bound to get at least one. It was my worst fear to lose my quality of life to one of these illnesses up until recently, when i realized that my family has never paid attention to their health and that has greatly exacerbated their health issues. They see exercise as a chore that they rarely attempt, and when they try to lose weight, they crash diet. I don’t blame them; it’s really hard to reverse old habits, especially ones that are so widespread through a generation. But, my overall mental health has been improving bit by bit now that i’m realizing that i’m not doomed to look on from the sidelines and wish i could do the things others can. Your videos, how genuine and encouraging you come across, have greatly influenced my self perception. I don’t beat myself up for having trouble with an exercise anymore; i’m glad i attempted it at all, and can’t wait to try it again in a few weeks to see what’s changed. Anyway, all this to say, thank you, Amy, for doing such important work. I hope you know how much you positively impact those who follow you.

No repeat TRX is good idea for total body. After do this Exercises, I am sure, maybe to me, make me feel better, more strong and more confident because now I am not lazy person and and have to look after for myself. Big thanks Amy ❤👏👍

I mountain bike and road ride. I love the “no repeat” because in the woods ya don’t see the same thing twice. Even on the same trail. So the variety and off balance and core really translates. Thanks!

I did this workout yesterday as I wrap up week 52. The idea of combining vs repeating kept me motivated. Thanks so much for your videos. In the last f,our years you are my go to for home workouts. Your audio, warm ups, cool downs, modifications make my home workouts manageable each week. I would like to see your version of a TRX and BOSU workout. Happy 2022!

Love it as always! I am a pretty serious athlete (12 marathons, 3 as part of full Ironman triathlons). I recently had to have back surgery (about eight weeks ago). and I now have to consider myself a beginner athlete which is not easy for me. Amy's workout has a lot of modifications for my now beginner level but she still treats me like a real athlete. This is one of the first workouts that actually made me feel normal! Thank you! I should also mention that I used Amy's workouts while I was training for marathons and Ironmen - she's got me covered at both the most fit and least fit phases of my life.

I have recently discovered you, and so happy I did. I use your workouts on my hot yoga off days to build muscle. You are energetic and your workouts are all different and creative, which keep me from getting bored. I cannot seem to figure out how to access your workouts numerically. They just randomly pop up. Can you tell me how to access say the tax workouts from day 1 through whatever the ending number is?

I love this format; for a while the TRX workouts had muscle groups combined, such as, triceps and chest, it is difficult with TRX to get a mid-point where you can go from chest to triceps, it would feel like I worked neither effectively. This format allows you to exhaust each muscle group, much better.
