Thank you, Larie! That was awesome!! Only had to modify toes in🎉 I broke my Fibula near the head at the beginning of June and damaged my Peroneal nerve severely. No dorsi flexion ( completely numb)unless assisted😢 This was perfect. I did the plank moves out of the straps ❤

Kinda lost it on the ab portion at the end. I probably would do better at that if it was at the beginning of the workout. The pull up start sequence was a killer way to start the workout. Thanks
