Grab your suspension trainer and a mat for this 45 minute full body strength focused workout. No repeats! Today we will be performing trisets. We perform three exercises at a time for 60 seconds each before taking a break. Be sure to listen for the ding and watch the upper left hand corner for the upcoming exercise since there is no transition time between some of the exercises. After each tri-set (or every third exercise) we will take a 30 second break that we should need, if we don't challenge yourself with a more aggressive angle the next time! As an option with most of the exercises today, walk further away from the anchor point to decrease your angle. Set your strap to mid-length to start. At the very end, we will be placing our feet in the cradle. If needed, to modify, mimic the movement on the mat and/or make it a rest/pause set (ie rest when needed, then continue; repeat until time)

I started TRX over 15 years ago. I was taking classes at the YMCA until the pandemic. Then I started taking them in my home online mainly with the TRX website. Of all the online classes I’ve taken yours is by far the best! You explain the moves with good detail and your selection of TRX exercises is very good. The platform you deliver it on the works really well. thanks very much.

This is a great workout. Things that I really like: 1) you obviously are formally trained because you use the correct terminology. You also, give great advice throughout the set as to the proper way to do the exercises 2) The music volume is set at a level where I can hear the instructions. 3) you give a preview and description of the next exercise Thank you.

I see one "dislike"... I'm going to assume that this person was so worn out they hit the wrong button and then didn't have the strength to correct the error; probably still laying beneath their straps today. I use TRX as my main workout modality and I've had several professional trainers; you rock, Larie. Keep it up!

After spinal surgery and permanent nerve damage, finding workouts that challenge me without hurting is not easy, so glad i found this. Thank you for making me feel strong again. ❤ I'll definitely be doing this again

What a great workout! Laurie, please do more trx videos. I have searched all over KZbin, and yours are the best. Like many others, by the time I get to the planks, I am a puddle on the floor. As for the Copenhagen plank !!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite workouts! Thank you for all the amazing workouts. I love the timed sets and strength focus. I usually get my cardio running, biking, or swimming, so while I love a good cardio workout, I love your workouts that are mostly strength.

Whispering death ... starts so gentle, and then total annihilation on the floor! The two minute plank (half crunch then pikes) was the iron fist in the velvet glove that delivered the coup de grace.

This had some different TRX exercises I hadn’t done before and it was awesome! I can’t really put my feet in the cradles so I improvised at the end and did copenhagens on the bench. Awesome workout, love the variety TRX gives me!

The straps shouldn’t move/loosen unless you manually make them do so. I would contact the manufacture of your suspension trainer ❤️
