Well I wonder if it’s ok for an elderly man to do this! But I saw this while scrolling and I tried it, loved it. Found it a bit hard to follow at first because the pause between exercises are short but after a few sets I should be ok.This young fellow of 79 thanks you.

Love your workouts, if I may suggest an upgrade though. It would be nice if you, somewhere on the screen, told what weight you use in each exercise. I know you write the dumbbells you use in the description, but it can be a little hard to figure out what weight you use in each exercise.@@Heatherrobertsoncom

Thank you, Heather! I’ve been doing your workouts consistently for 4 months now. Today I was able to deadlift 2 10 kg dumbbells which I have never been able to do so before! Sometimes, I feel like I am making minimal progress but today is a reminder that it all adds up!

This is one of your best strength workouts. Doing three sets makes things much more challenging compared to the usual two sets. I actually get to muscle failure with this method. Thanks Heather. I keep coming back to this one.

From warm up to cool down this was a great one. Perfect for over 40 women or slowing it down because of injury. Loved it.

A great way to start my day…sweaty and strong! Perfect. The full body supersets were a terrific mix, hitting all the muscles and low/no impact is calling my creaky knees. Thank you - more of these please! 💪🏼🙌🏼❤️‍🔥💃🏻🌇🌈🎉⚡️👸🧘🏻‍♀️💚

thank you Heather, this was wonderful, my first heavy workout post hip replacement surgery, its been 12 long weeks, had to modify last set, as i can't lunge back like that yet so I did it with weights in hand and still switching legs half way. would absolutely welcome more of these, I can't go beyond 90degrees much and can't touch my toes, I guess to avoid dislocation. so so good, loved it
