Sydney's Daily Wisdom (32:32): "So whatever it is that it is that you've gone through, that you're going through, that you will go through, convince yourself that just like in a bicep curl drop set that you're going to make it through. Promise yourself that just like in a shoulder press ladder you're going to finish strong. And even if you don't finish in the way that you feel strong, you got stronger for having gotten through that." Getting through tough workouts has absolutely helped me to get through challenges in my life, and has helped me recognize and celebrate my strength.

I totally agree with this comment! She keeps talking and talking throughout the whole workout that I don't even have time to think about leaving because it just keeps flowing and I keep working out! There have been times I didn't feel like working out and all of a sudden I finished a 40 minute workout video! Amazing. And, I agree, the new videos daily keep it so fresh! It is like no other channel I've found! She rocks!

I love your channel and I loved this workout! You are the only trainer on KZbin that just keeps talking throughout the entire workout which makes it 1. Go by so much faster and 2. Only made it to 8, but realized how imbalanced my strength is (after an accident & trying to recover). One great "solace" is the consistency of you being here Sydney, and with EVERY ONE of those reminders you say. When everything else around me seems so uncertain and unstable (literally and figuratively), seeing you and hearing your words bring a sense of 'normalcy' (even with each workout being so different). You have no idea how much that helps both my body and my soul!

I got to 16 in the shoulder press ladder using 15lbs weights. Fitness is mental -love that. Fitness is the only thing I can control - everything else in life happens - you can control how you deal with it but you can't control what's coming at you. Doing fitness you can control - you make the decision. Great workout.
