I did these classes last year before the spring to get myself back into shape for our planting season. I just had my first little baby girl and returned to these classes again to get myself back into my old (young feeling) self just in time for another season of planting trees :) Thanks for these :)

Did this in my conservatory this morning, it's so hot with the sun beaming in and I definitely got a sweat on but it made the shavasana feel sooooo good, thank you for a wonderful practice; ready for a day of studying now! x

Ksenija Krstic I'm so sorry that you're suffering from eczema and candida. As a fellow candida sufferer, I know how difficult it is. Mine is pretty under control at the moment, but I know that if I eat too many sweets (which I LOVE to do), that I'll be suffering again. This lifestyle absolutely helps! Lots of love to you!

I'm becoming a yoga junkie. Going to bed last night, I planned to start the day with Day 41. I guess I was a bit anxious to get my Yoga Fix, as I woke up at 4:00 AM, yoga excited. It took everything I had to stay in bed until 6. Do I need an intervention? Is there a yoga rehab center? Of course I'm joking about rehab, etc, but am dead serious about waking up way too early, anxious to get my yoga on....and it was a brilliant way to start the day. Thank you PS - I hope you don't mind my goofy posts. If we were face to face, I'd be sharing the same stories. You just happen to be my online sounding board as "normal people" wouldn't understand. :-)

When I was still new to the Yoga Fix 90 program, I disliked the HIIT videos because it was so difficult for me to finish. However, I refused to give up-- that was my intention for every HIIT video. Lo and behold, now, I feel so much stronger and I am more focused. Thank you,Lesley!

Second round of my yoga fix 90, and it is already day 41?? Unbelievable :) I certainly remember having a really hard time in side plank the first round, and I especially remember being unable to lift my upper leg in that pose, and to hold my leg with my hand??? It seemed impossible. Today, I just did it :) I am soo much stronger and getting stronger every single day. #Yogaeverydamnday with Lesley.

Wow wow wow. Today was a long, tirening day, and what I love is that my yoga practice with you is becoming like coffee, rather than postponing it when I feel low on energy I seek it to restore energy. I am drenched in sweat, but feel a 1000 times better, thank you Lesley!

This definitely got my heart beating and blood flowing. I love Lesley's closing, hands to the heart head & mouth. "Clear & loving communications" takes me back to that old saying " if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all." Thanks for reminding us. Lovely but how do you keep air from sneaking in to your magic garden when you're doing down dog leg up hip circles? Makes such a silly farting sound when leg goes down and we come up to crescent! I guess clenching gate shut? I think I'm far too lazy for that so my baby gets to hear funny sounds!
