Now this is a Sunday workout I enjoyed revisiting. I had the confidence to amend some of it, such as doing a full burpy and a squat jump instead. Finished with a full 1m full burpy. There was a time when I would not have been able to do that and for five rounds. Thanks very much! 🙌🏽❤️

What a great workout to round out the week! I was knackered during the last set but powered through. I like that you do cool downs at the end - I don't feel as ill or shaky after a workout having someone walk me through a cooldown. 💪

Totally loving your videos, Alex!!! I've added your dumbbell push and pull workouts at home to my routine recently and they're great! I have one question though: I've been working five days a week (two for legs, three for the upper body; push, pull, and push-pull), like Monday I do your dumbbell push workout and Tuesday's my leg day, and so on 'til Friday. I was wondering when or where I can fit this cardio session in (or your other cardio workouts)? Weekends are my "break days", and I've been looking up some articles that say cardio can be done after my weighted workout, but I'm afraid I'll be too exhausted after that. Any advice? Cheers!

So glad you’re loving it Frank! There is no real wrong or right to be honest. Just finding the right moment that works for you. Maybe you could do it in the weekend and take 1 day off, or do cardio after a weight session, maybe do half a workout first to see if you’re exhausted. Have fun 😄💪
