நானும் ஒரு ஆறு மாதத்திற்கு சும்மா எதார்த்தமாக இந்த வெள்ளை சர்க்கரை, பேக்கரி உணவுகள், எவையெல்லாம் செயற்கை வெள்ளை சர்க்கரையினால் செய்யப்பட்ட உணவுகளை தவிர்த்தேன்.... முதலில் கொஞ்சம் கடினமாக தான் இருந்தது... பின்பு என் உடலில் நல்ல மாற்றங்களை கண்டேன்... முக்கியமாக எனது உடல் எடை 4 கிலோ வரை குறைந்தது.... எல்லாமே இயற்கையான உணவுகளை எடுக்க ஆரம்பித்தேன்.... தேநீர், காஃபி எல்லாம் சர்க்கரை இல்லாமல் குடிக்க ஆரம்பித்தேன்.... உடலில் உள்ள கெட்ட கழிவுகள் எல்லாம் சென்றது.... முயற்சி செய்தால் எல்லாம் மாறும் ❤😊

I agree 🙋🏻‍♀️ i quit Sugar and I fellow intermediate fasting 16/8 i staterd in February 22 now April 23 in this day i lost 7 kg I'm super happy 😌🤩🤩 No workout only food control and 10000 steps walking ❤

Jaggery also contain the same thing which sugar has, so don't go with this if u have same sugar carving go with fruits it will help to control it

Dr, I stopped naattu chakrai 5 weeks ago. The first 2 days I wasn't comfortable. But overcame immediately. I do take smoothie most of the days in the morning instead of solid food, as breakfast. No headache I have experienced. Few days ago I checked weight, reduced by 1 kg. Without any formal exercise. Dinner I have it around 7.30 pm, mostly little curd rice. No issues. Thanks for motivating viewers.

I have stopped sugar and all sweets completely and i saw within 2 weeks my skin problems reduced skin irritations completely gone which was not gone even after 3 years of medicines and suffering. I recommend all of you to try slowly reducing the sugar and all sugary processed foods, its all very dangerous especially if you dont do much physical work. But learning little bit of yoga exercise and push ups sit ups just 3 days a week helped me to stick to good foods and avoid bad foods which i call it as vairagyam. Best wishes for no sugar and happy living.
