All you have to do is: 1 make a promiss to yourself, 2 find a way and 3 never break the promiss. The rule is, If other people can I can, you can. Just go for it! I´m on the journey myself. I know you can...

Super impressive strength and definitely great exercises for developing power. One criticism though. Far too long amortisation phase meaning that strictly, most of these aren't really plyometrics, except for your two hopping exercises. Plyometrics is all about a very brief amount of contact time with the ground and harnessing the stretch-shorten cycle rather than exploding from a stationary position.

Amazing!!! Really like your videoes guys. Im having a hard time trying to make my upper chest grow, i dont know how to do that with bodyweight workouts. It would be great if you guys could make a video about chest workouts and include some exercices that can target the upper chest.
@Yourgymtrainer9 жыл бұрын
You can try decline push ups!
@calimove9 жыл бұрын
It's really hard to build up your upper chest if you don't have the genes to put on mass there. You will always hit your whole chest even when you do exercises like Decline Push ups or Pike Push Ups. I don't say you can't build up mass there but it is really hard.
@antoinesfeir96649 жыл бұрын

Hi ! I'm french, so excuse me for my english ^^ I love what you do, that's amazing ! I would like to know how I have to work my explosivity in calisthenics, how much time between exercices, between repetitions ? How much repetition and set ? How I must do my mouvement ? Thanks for your answer :)
@Legendflex6844 жыл бұрын
Choose an exercise in which you can do atleast 6-8 reps. You stop your set when there is a major decrease in your speed and don't go any more reps. 2.5-3 min rest should be enough.
@Legendflex6844 жыл бұрын
How many times a week depends on your goals. If you really want explosive plyometric strength over true strength then train this more frequently. Or vice versa depending on your goals
