So he hooked up the t-flip-flop into the rs nor latch. That means when he presses or flicks something, it turns on and stays on, and won’t turn off until something else is placed He split the redstone between the quadraflops. He took the signal out of that signal and rewired it into 2 outputs. I honestly have no clue what a quadraflop is. A Boolean is a true/false generator, so I’m guessing it gives an output from the quadraflops and compares it to give an output of whether it turns on or stays off. An XOR gate is one that when both inputs are on, it stays off, but he’s running it over the top so it might just skip that step altogether. He ran it into another rs nor latch, which forces it on and to stay on. That output runs into something which gives him an item. I’m not sure what an observer would have changed in those steps though. It would have depended on which part he added it into, whether it was attached to a piston, it detects a redstone lamp, etc

Yea, with monostables you sometimes need to extend the pulse slightly but not too much, and 3 ticks is the only pulse length you can have.

Marketplace is the biggest scam, you can just download texture packs and skins. Redstone on bedrock is terrible, it should really be a toggle between quasi connectivity, bud powering, and block spitting, and old bedrock mechanics, and you can mix and match...

Jacob Aulin a word processor...meaning a typewriter with an alphanumerical display and a central decoder from a multi button keyboard to the alphanumerical display? Not a bad project good sir. Complexity isn't bad but from my experience it could have more bells and whistles. Give it time and you will have no idea what your circuit is or what it's doing since it's all one type of block. Making each circuit a different type of block is analogous to commenting your software, so others can easily see it. But for redstone sake, it's for the subcircuit portions so others can see the components of your overall circuit. 1-It's a great advice but it is optional.Some pros use texture packs for blocks & redstone dust and some change type of block they're using and prefer default redstone dust,but rarely,if someone is pro at both building and redstone,they usually prefer to use blocks that look great with terrain/terraform(like stone,dirt). 2-This is also optional but a great idea if you're making your contraption underground.It depends on what you rather use more(block or redstone dust). 3-I definitely agree with that. 4-Yeah,Big Is Good but even a small one can be more useful and better than big one.Although if you think can make it big,then make it big. 5-Using observer lines is very useful for new versions,but not the old ones :) 6-If you want your contraption work in other versions,try not to use bugs much(optional). 7-I agree,buttons can work better than levers if you use it well.Besides,when you break a button,it won't change anything,but the lever will cut the power. 8-Always do that.Maybe not 21 copies but at least 3 is OK. 9-Build your contraption in single-player mode before multiplayer to check if it works or not.If possible,try to make it faster in survival so you won't be seen outside much long. 10-OK. 11-Be more careful and respectful for other players :D 12-It may be a wate of time,but again,it's optional. 13-Storage systems are more useful than it looks(especially in survival mode).So I suggest that too. 14-Test every new thing with redstone,It's worth it. 15-They're also very useful as much as storage systems. 16-The more option you have,the safer you are :) 17-Always be positive with your contraptions,even if there is a bug,you may find a solution for it. 18-Bugs may give you many things,but making it work every time is NOT one of them. 19-I have noting to say :D 20-Comparators give you many options and better ideas(I can't say what they are because I don't use comparators that much). 21-Faster=better and I can't say if that last thing is true or not. 22-Everything is possible in Minecraft(mostly). 23-Words mean nothing(again,mostly). 24-Subscribe whoever you want,always ask for advices,but try not to copy something. I would argue that the best thing you can do to learn redstone is to copy already available contraptions, Pretty much all of human learning is based on copying in some form. Mumbo would agree with this since he copies all the time, from the Etho hopperclock, that one itemfilter, comparator clocks etc. It's not like everyone has to figure out their own way to do a double piston extension.

10 more tips coming from someone who holds a few speed world records: 1) When making doors, mark out the targeted size and try to stay in it. 2) When using 0 ticks, prepare for anything as they are strange. 3) Use concrete, not wool. The color is more plain. And, for big doors, make inputs before you start wiring, and have them done in wool, while doing the circuitry in concrete. 4) Make sure to confirm layouts with other redstoners as there are probably better layouts out there than the one you made (*cough cough* mumbos 5x5). 5) Focus on one area of redstone and inprove in that instead of trying to take on redstone as a whole. (For example, i am not good at making smallest possible, I am good at making fastest possible) 6) Accept/Ask for help from redstoners better than you. 7) Join a redstone server like synergy. 8) Watch more redstoners than just mumbo. 9) Join the redstone community and be active in it, that way, you are more likely to get help from others. And finally, 10) Don’t give up if your thing doesn’t work. Redstone isn’t simple, and some parts like 0 ticks are not self explanatory. If something doesn’t work, try to figure out why, or ask someone with more knoledge as to why. If you use anything but smooth stone slabs for slab towers i will kill you.
