I too lost 20 kgs in 3 months, but not by following this routine. I do gym for 2 hours a daily, reduce the amount of food intake. My food routine would be ike having ragi malt & dry fruits in morning, brown rice with sabzi, dal and rasam, curd in afternoon, ofcourse in small portions for each item, fruits in the evening and one chapati with peanut butter at night. Definitely, there were cheat meals but still i did lose 20 kgs. I was 120 kgs earlier, 100 now.. my weight seems to have been struck at 100kg, it's not going below that mark.. still being perseverant.. and keeping my efforts. I won't back down till i am 60kgs. When I come down to 60kgs, i will have my own story to tell to the world.

Hello ma'am! This video is really helpful and amazing...i also started by weight loss journey after being quite overweight in lockdown..i started mindful eating, healthy calories and working out regularly...many of the hacks you stated...i also followed and currently also following..and found many new ones..but at home it was easy to plan meals , eat healthy ..now being a college student...i often try to eat healthy but somehow irregularities come, we have to eat more...i feel hungry much often and not able to get proper protein sources ( for vegetarian)... So i started gaining weight again.. sometimes due to studies, exams, i don't get proper time to workout...So I would love to request a video for weight loss management of college students ...that would be really helpful mam🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you! Liked your title. Because it's on reality. Years of weight can't be gone in 2 weeks or even a month. Healthy weight loss is 4 months minimum... And ofcourse your video is very Inspirational.

Water intake tricks 1 litre water in morning 1/2 litre before half an hr of lunch and dinner 1 litre after lunch and dinner Have a handy bottle with you always. Whenever you feel hungry sip water first, so it will fill your hunger .

Thanks for the green tea hack gunjan. I also experience the same hunger within a few minutes after having green tea and hence stopped having it . If I have a heavy meal I have peppermint tea and at night before going to bed due to covid situation , whole family has kadha due to which we don’t get cough and Cold . Also die water intake I use bottle system . 2 bottles of 1 litre each on my desk to be completed . 2-3 glasses in morning on waking up and pre to post breakfast and 1 glass each before lunch and dinner that makes it 12-13 glasses a day .

Hi, I have myself lost 20kgs under a professional trainer. I must say all 31 hacks were something I knowingly and unknowingly followed. I have never encountered anyone giving such critical and important information for free. Hats off to you. This can be a weightloss bible honestly. Just crack a meal plan and workout plan and anyone can do it with this.

1. Make your cravings list to eat after your journey to avoid cravings going all day 2. Wear active clothes to be active 3. Make pre plan your meal 4. Start your day with water(slightly warm with lemon) 5.read and watch fitness content 6. Play your favourite music while working out 7. 8. Ma'am there are alot of tricks to complete your water intake like setting alarm, keeping water bottle in front of your workspace,take 1-1 liters of water in 3-4 shafts etc so for complete water intake we can use these tricks.

I came across your channel by accident when I was trying to find low-carb indian foods. Being a diabetic, my doctor advised me to lower my carbs. I used to miss my 4litres water intake everytime, so the hack I started using is...I have kept a one litre copper water bottle and I make sure to finish it four times before 10 pm everyday...that has helped me a lot and now i never drink less than 4 litres a day

I increased my own water intake by getting a straw waterbottle so I can just pick it up and drink. As a student I take a sip of water every 20 mins and now its a habit it keeps my mind working too and help me focus while studying. And also when the bottle is empty i would get up and fill it immediately. :DDDD and yes eating while scrolling or watching something used to increase the calories so i started eating wthout anything or talking to anyone It really helps. thank u for the hacks I hope i can reduce some weight. It really used to make me insecure and uneasy to the extend that i stopped going anywhere even going to school was a bit embarrassing but having some goodd friends who make u feel good about yourself and u accepting and improving yourself really helps a lot. so my own hack is to get someone like a friend or a family member for motivation when there r setbacks and scold u when u miss ur workout or diet💀💀. however in the end now i know that reducing weight bc of someone or other people is going to get u nowhere do it to live happily and healthy.
