0 calories- Water Lemon water, Cinnamon water, Jeera water, Acv. Black tea/coffee herbal /green tea. (Avoid caffeine) No milk tea or coffee No fruit juice Do light workout/walk in fasting window. Start with light meal, fruits, salads Do not overeat in the eating window Pre plan your meals in eating window. Stay hydrated.

Everything was explained so greatly. But one thing, I believe, most people do not understand or are confused about is "Pre plan your meals in eating window." How to plan and what foods are good and we should include them in our diet plan etc.

​@@divine921 after fasting our Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) ate dates and very light food and during sehri He also ate very light nutritious food.... And it the sunnah what all muslims should follow... But muslims nowadays are not same ..... Don't judge Islam seeing muslims...... So First you learn and gain knowledge then speak....

I started intermittent fasting and in last 6 months I lost 14kgs.... I am still continuing with it.... And my goal is to reduce more 6-7 kgs... Hopefully i will be able to achieve it in the upcoming months🤞🤞

@@Parita_29 After I wake up in the morning I just drink green tea. I have lunch at 12 noon consisting of rice, chapathi, dal, lots of veggies etc. Evening around 6 I eat my dinner mostly salads, fruits, sprouts etc. Nothing after that.

I started my intermittent fasting of 16:8 from 9th August then I was 72 kg today is 21th August..... I do workouts daily 30 minutes during my fasting window....... & I'm already feeling some difference in my body.....I will check my weight in 9th September..... 9th September 2023 So results are here: I checked my weight after a month & now it's 66kg I lost (72-66)kg = 6 kg in a month by intermittent fasting & a 30min workout routine in each day... I ate rice two times everything made in my house like daal, chicken curry, fish curry but not so much & I did not drink any sugary drink I didn't take sweets & sweet things... actually my fasting window is 16/8 & I felt that it's pretty good if we do it properly.... 🤗🔥🚩

Hey I have been doing intermittent fasting for months along with home workout and 30 mins walk but i haven't even lost 1 kg coz i couldn't cut off junk. We are blessed with sacred Ekadashi where we do absolute fasting for 24-32 hours once in 15 days which is better than any intermittent fasting methods .Thanks to Jagadguru Madhwacharya for insisting this for our well being . everyone fast on Ekadashi and stay healthy

I'm in 12:12 intermittent fasting. Buy what I realise by seeing this vedio as per islam - Ramadan 30 dry fast in a year Monday - Thursday Dry fast 13,14,15 date of lunar Calendar fast But most muslim follow only Ramadan fast❤

@@Goodboy13712 all I did was water fasting for a week (no food only water for a week) and walked for an hour everyday and did slim thick workouts every day for a week (I looked up lots of slim thick workouts on Pinterest and did those workouts 3 times a day)

गुंजन जी आपको बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद , आपने बहुत ही अच्छी बातें बताई कृपया एक बात मुझे बताने का कष्ट करें , 10:14 के विंडो में सुबह 10:00 बजे फल, दोपहर 12:00 बजे भोजन, शाम को 4:00 बजे चाय, और रात्रि में 8:00 बजे तक भोजन कितना कारगर साबित होगा.

Hi gunjana..thank u for the wonderful video..my dietician has advised white melon/musk melon juice and dry fruit in the fasting window...upon asking she said it's ok to take 2hours prior to the ending of fasting window

I have pcos and i am doing intermittent fasting from 23 days and i have stopped sugar , and hotel food and i try to eat healthy , i do aerobics 30 min the morning and 45 min walk in evening.. i have not even lost 1 gm 💔. Before this IF i was doing HIIT workout from past two years , but weight just doesn't budge
