We need several such vlogs and recipes for every meal and healthy snacks from you Ma'am. Please make a series for weekly meal(breakfast, lunch and dinner and other small meals) and snack recipes for those with - Diabetes - PCOD - Triglyceride and cholesterol issues - BP etc...

Oats dosai, instead of this u can grind rice (4 cup with 1 spoon fenugreek seeds) 1 cup urad dal soak seprately for 2 hrs and grind sperately and with your hand 🤚 uniformly mix both the batter together keep it in the kitchen , if it’s winter like Delhi keep it above the gas stove or some warm place for 8 hours , and then u can pour the batter in idli stand and steam it and you can eat it fresh and naturally fermented, please don’t add eno or soda , idli should contain natural yeast - probiotics which is v good for your gut health

I like the wholesome meal plan. Since it's easy to slip off on the breakfast prep, I am wondering whether you could premix the oats and sooji flour before you head to your workout so that fermentation would be natural and not requiring addition of eno. Thank you for your wonderful programs.

You can have rice but make sure to remove its starch so it will be better that you make rice in a open vessel not in pressure cooker and about portion control you can eat a bowl of rice at a time....

How idlis made by you become fermented food... fermentation takes time..at least 8-10 hrs. Oats idli made by you is not fermented..so you need to add eno that reacts with lactic acid present in curd and generate carbon di oxide which makes your idli fluffy. When you make idli with overnight fermented batter fermentation generates the CO2 along with few other micronutrients.

Gunjan Dii!! I have a question- How you manage your hair after workout? I mean, Do you wash them daily or on every alternate days or you just dry them out after your workout and wash normally like 2 days a week!!! P S.- Though I'm a Punjabi but my vote goes for South indian meal plan🥲

I love seeing the diet plans, and I have been studying it for couple of weeks myself. Just wanna add on, that salad might not be a good option in dinner, especially if you are adding leafy vegetables in it, it's hard to digest and so should not be taken at the end of the day. Please correct me if I'm wrong 😊

Dear putting ENO does not make it fermentation if you are putting overnight like we do traditionally that will be gut friendly but instant idlis arr not like that only for change it is fine please elaborate on this
