What comes to mind while listening to this is when I said to someone "I feel like no one understands me" and they said to me "thats a lie". Even if someone has known you for a long time, they shouldn't dictate anything to you. Regardless of this being "a lie" or not it invalidates the person's feelings and is damaging to someone's emotional state. Thank you for your videos 🙏💜✨🔥

we can give vague responses not just whenever they are trying to tell us something about ourself that isn't true but when they are trying to tell us something about themselves that is notTrue. Something they have not done. My vague response is - only God knows.😅

It takes some time to realise what has happened and the bad advice I have falling into. I did not know what was going on. Only when you stop and stop talking to these people. It hits you.

I have a friend of 30 years that likes to say mean things and then pretend like she’s kidding. For example.. if it’s my birthday, she’ll send me a text that says “happy birthday you old hag.” or, if I send her a picture of myself, she’ll say “I like your hair and your face ain’t bad either!” She has said that I was the meanest girl in school! She always laughs after comments like that even though it’s not funny to me. She also sometimes takes several days to respond to my texts or either she’ll ignore my text and text me about something else. I’m wondering if she’s jealous of me for some reason. I have tried to play her game for a while now, but it just doesn’t feel good to me to do that. I have always been a loyal, faithful friend to her, I don’t know how to deal with this situation. She has gotten worse the last couple of years and it seems like she only comes around when things aren’t going well for me. she can be really sweet at times but I never know when the next blow will be. I feel like she tries to keep me knocked down a couple of notches. I have ignored her latest call and texts. Any suggestions on how I should handle this? Thanks!

People treat u d way u allow. From start you had to assert yourself tht you feel this way if she doesnt change cut her. Healthy people always uplift or make u feel good
