Even if you can get like 165 or 182 and then best buddy, it will be strong enough to do what you need it to. The last 80-100 XL's are just extra sprinkles on top, you will lose CMP in the mirror but you'll beat the things you're supposed to.

I think niantic should let people use elite tms for special rend and road of time but instead they can’t use the special effect

@@Denizozzzy003 I honestly think it might be even longer for these moves. Ogre/Groudon's moves were just DPS upgrades, but for Dialga and Palkia, these moves are not only upgrades but also have the added special effect that give them extra exclusivity, and the entire Sinnoh tour revolved around them. I'd honestly be surprised if they EVER let you TM these moves, or at least not for a good 1-2 years minimum when Niantic feels like they've ran their course.
