Today we take on the 300 Nitra Quest in Deep Rock Galactic Survivor. Initially the plan was to reset the game until we get the artifcat from the drill that gives a chance to mine Nitra from normal rocks, then use turrets to mine out the entire stage. If we don't get a mining turret or the Nitra artifact on the first Drill, we just reset. But it turns out you can also finish this quest with the right amount of luck.

I agree about the pickup range. I usually wind up with more levels when I have a good amount of pickup range due to all the XP that is otherwise left on the ground.

Omg I did this yesterday and and I almost gave up. Went Scout Classic with all Cryo build. GK2, Zhukov, Cryo Grenade and the Burst Pistol. Didn't beat the boss but was able to mow the herds and get to the goal.

The drill item that gives you movement speed after standing still is bugged! One game the stacks kept being permanent and i was speeding around the map like a roadrunner. In the other somehow it slowed me to the point that i was slower than the dwarf in the video at the end.

3 hours... not one nitra artifact... very frustrating... I was on dreadnought level with 299 nitra... No more nitra to be found... yes... I mined everything manually with the driller... Came here. going to try engineer. I think they've changed the rng.. Game feels terrible now... *edit* 90 minutes later... After just quitting if I didn't get the nitra pickup on the first stage... I finally got one... Then on the second stage... I got it again... So yes.. I had two nitra pickups at the same time.. Got 300 nitra on the 4th stage.. Thank god... 6 hours

It feels like constructs and turrets are really strong. Even while running around for gold, nitra and the secondary objective you can stop for just a second, place a batch of turrets, then continue on as they cover you and leave behind experience for you to double back for later. I wonder if they'll add more meta progression upgrades like lifetime upgrades for constructs and patches of fire/poison, etc.

Wait, is the level glitch you talked about the one where you give your weapons the same upgrade infinite times and then your screen gets blurry or the one where the drop pod doesn't leave and you get to explore and move around however long you like? Because I tried the latter earlier today, I hadn't attempted it before and I pulled it off 5 out of 5 times (might work easier with controller)

To my experience the artifacts only apply to your Mining and turrets do not find gold, nitra and XP And the blocks they destroy do also not count for you. Same with grenades that do DMG to Environment

Iv definitely seen gold come out of walls mined by turrets Same applies to bugs exploding walls Its only like 1 gold per 20 walls. Pretty low drop rate Maybe u just didn't see it
