Excelent video about sniping in a game that is very hard to master and glad to see that you're encouraging people to try it best at it. One think i would like to add... NEVER be afraid to make a shot. Better to try than not to do it and live with the doubt. And the best part of it... if you landed that headshot, you will get one of the best satisfactions in a FPS game. Remember, it's like 2Lew said "you're gonna have to take opportunities. Biggest thing that improved my sniping was holding the mouse button after firing so I don't immediately start working the bolt. Being able to see if you hit and where they are starting to move is really helpful.

What you've called "the lineup" here as rule number 2, I always learned as "the trap" in shooting. You place your sight where you expect them to be instead of chasing them with the crosshair. When they walk into the kill zone, you shoot.
