Nice review. The only question I have is whether the light steps down when in Turbo. I mean, does it get somewhat dimmer after a few minutes due to the thermal/heat regulation? Or does it actually just keep running at 3000 lumens for a long time?

Hallo, thank you for the input. The 3000 lumen of MT18 is the high power mode, it is not turbo mode. 3k lumen as in MT18 product specification 5hrs run time, the brightness might be step down or dimming slowly and also as a heat protection to the LED.

@@ooijunwei4105 I was going to buy it tonight but concerned about it stepping down. So what you're saying is, it will stay on 3000lm once you select it? No change in light output?

@@andrewhollis6665 Hallo Andrew, is a nice light, you can check with the seller as in the catalog stated temperature control, will not stay 3k lm all the way for 5 hours.

@@andrewhollis6665 it starts to dim down after ~10-20 minutes, but it only dims by 100 lumens or so, which is nothing
