the bolts on the control arm that you pointed out as weird are excentric bolts that can adjust rear wheel alignment i believe

Exactly, good luck replacing them. I have the rear out of my 84 v8 S12 The service manual has a good picture of these bolts. Supposed to mark them to keep the alignment.

Those weird bolts for the control arms are so you can adjust the toe-in. You need to keep those or replace them and get the car aligned since you didn't mark the position of the bolts. Don't use regular bolts and washers.

And that’s y I cut my exhaust in half and made it a slip on. So that big piece is now 2 separate pieces

Yeah I did because I didn't want to change the geometry of the suspension.

Scribe the drive shaft and diff yolk before removing
