In this tutorial I am demonstrating a straight pour. This is my favorite technique as I love getting those gorgeous cells without using silicone. Liquitex Basics Phthalo Blue, DecoArt Extreme Sheen in Aquamarine and 24K Gold, Decoart Americana Decor Metallics in Amethyst, Artists Loft in Metallic Purple and Metallic Blue. Extreme Sheen Paints Mixed 1:1, other paints mixed 1Paint:2Floetrol which is then thinned with a mixture of 90%water/10%Floetrol to proper consistency. Consistency: 1

I think this is the first of your videos I’ve seen. Wonderful! Beautiful art and great explanations of some points - ie “pouring from up high because ...” and “paint canvas first because sometimes paints don’t stick to sides.” I’ve especially been wondering about that last thing. "Ten on the dismount!" I really do like the way that you do the spiral at the end of a straight pour, that makes it extra-interesting. I haven't tried doing that yet, I'm afraid I will mess it up...
