Aahh ! Finally I’ve completed this 14 days challenge , started on 14th of Aug and never missed a single day.. I don’t know about the weight loss cuz I haven’t checked yet but I can see clear difference on my back, fat from shoulders literally disappeared,love handles reduced quite much, bra bulge also reduced but not that much so long story short this workout worth doing and yeah I’m doing it in the day time between 3pm-6pm and now I'm accepting this challenge for another 2 weeks so will update you lot on 14th of September IN SHA ALLAH thankyou so much deepti for this Bless You 🫶🏻

Thnak you so much Mam! Life is changed after following ur channel. I am PCOS patient and i was trying to conceive 2nd pregnancy but dr suggested me to lose weight. After that i have started following ur zumba steps and within 15 days I have reduced 2 kg weight. My weights was 81.2 kg and now its 78.8 kg but its not enough. I have to lose 10 more kg weight

Do it kid... Else you will regret like me years later for not starting at young age. Also be mindfull about what you eat. Of course eat what you like, but less often and in right proportion 😊, be mindful about your calorie need and calorie intake💝

Hey , thankyou so much for your videos. I followed this exercise with some intermittent dieting and boom in 15 days i lost 3 kg. I was 61 and now i am 58. I am aiming for 52 , i will continue this workout and loose soon. Again thanku a lot for spreading joy ❤

Hi everyone I'm doing this routine since 15 days two times a day and intermittent fasting for 16:8, I can see changes in my body I feel lite and even though I lost only like 2 kg but I feel so active and fresh. I will continue this as my daily routine. Thank you dwd 🎉 .

Hi mam .. thanks a lot for this workout I lost around 2.5 kgs in 2 weeks with this video and I followed little diet like no sugar whole day and no rice in the night .. eating dinner very early like that .. I can see inch loss some of my old clothes are fitting too.. yet to go to achieve my target weight .. but thanks a lot for this video mam .. I enjoy doing this.. most importantly I can see my belly is shrinking
