i am following your workout since sep 2022.at that time my weight is 60.now jan 2023 my weight is 56 without strict diet.my skin also improved..thighs reduced 7 cm..thanku so much mam.

Woohoo! That's really intense... I am back to my workout schedule after a long gap of 45-50 days. Used to workout with your videos only and back again.. after starting your workout, I lose around 3-4 kgs only but the body toning is insane... This diwali everybody complemented me and I loved myself more in those festive dresses.. thank you Deepti!! Anyways I have started my workout again from 3 days, starting easy.. I always finishes the workout but this one is really tough... I was for the first time looking forward to the end... I knew my legs are my weakness... Will do this atleast once or twice a week... Im gonna do this for a week and change to other workouts Day 1 : I did it for 14 minutes and was so tired coz i took two days break and i did it after coming home after class. Day 2 :omg i did the whole workout!!ima sweating from all over my body.its tough as it more concentrated on thigh.but still i managed to complete it.mission success.feeling so fresh and energetic after completing and felt exhausted while doing the workout. Day 3 :it was little more easy to do and completed whole workout.ima exhausted and sweating alot.woah!! Day 4 and 5 i took break and basically damn its over. So i started doing another dance workout and yeah done

I have successfully completed 40 days of this challenge. I was 63.10Kg on 1st aug 2023 and now i am 56.45Kg on 10th sep 2023. It was an amazing experience and it worked 💯. Thighs reduced by 2 inches. Hips also 2 inches. Calves by 1.5 inches Belly 2 inches I followed strict diet also. Thank you mam keep motivating us and upload new videos. My skin is also become radiant. Happy 😍

I’m following your leg workout videos, i do it 6 times a week those are quite hard must say. But i love doing it and specially this one, I did for the first time and omggg , in first 10 mins I thought to give up and take a break bcoz the squats were taking my patience but still I didn’t give up and ended up completing this in one go !
