Loved it.. as it's a combination of dance plus floor exercise. It would have been better if u had added voice while doing floor exercise, as I always had to turn to the mobile n see what ur doing.

Meri age 38 hai.. Mera tummy bahot nikla hai.. isiliye aapse request ki thi.. mujhe aisa koi exercise batao ki mere weight ke sath mera tummy bhi kam ho jaye... 20 days me mene ye workout korke 6 kg weight loss kiya ,or uske sath diting kiya tha.63 kg se 57 kg hoye he mere weight .mera target 42 kg.

Blessed with a 14 month old baby girl. But after having a c-section i have gained a lot of weight. As I am a working mom I don't get time for doing long work out, in fact I am not able to make time for any exercise. But now I am seriously considering it. Can you please make a video for all the women going through such a phase.

This is an awesome workout video, I really enjoyed the music and Deepti is absolutely wonderful to watch and follow. Such a nice change from circuit training, really fun and energetic. Hi Deepti! I follow you from the US! I have been doing your workouts for about 5 months! I do about 2-3 workouts per day for 5 days sometimes 6 days per week. I’ve lost 40 lbs or 18.14 kg!
