There is a big refrigerator with ice cream to the left of her. You can see the full frontal of the refrigerator at 1:53. A shot at 1:47 can be used to measure a distance from her seat to that refrigerator. I think it's about 1.5 meter. She is shown without ice cream at 3:21 and with ice cream at 3:24. So she walked 1.5 m, opened refrigerator, took ice cream, closed refrigerator and went 1.5 m back in about 3 seconds. That is fast and impressive but not an impossible feat.

Ultimately, the show explains everything in that Jack wanted Liz to have what she wanted which was why he played himself to his full potential, pun intended. It was well within his power to sabotage her, but it was because he was her friend that made him carry the negotiation to the end on the highest terms. That being said, this also was led on by the fact that he was enticed by the initial challenge of a jack off.

Petty much my all time favorite show and one of the best bits. Liz and Jack are pretty much the best buddy comedy duo ever.

Ha, ha, ha! Still the best show for laughs! LA is weird. NYC is wired. But 30 Rock is weird, wired, and damn funny!

I don't know if it's an editing error but when Jack fakes the phone call he uses his right hand but his reflection is seen with it also in his right hand, meaning it would be in actual Jack's left hand, then when actual Jack puts the phone away it's in his right hand. I could just see Jack saying that being right handed is American so his reflection would have to also be right handed.
