Maybe add probiotic (live lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidibacteria) too. Not in youghurt because they have high calories. Smaller container like 32 oz and underblade spatula may help also. Zero sugar/calorie sweetener may also help.

Thanks for the tips ;) Whey has sweetners in it too so that adds a lot. Do you find that probiotics help you a lot?
