Complete novice here, but my partner is working on building up his physique as hes struggled to gain and keep weight on. So where you've used the powdered PB for people dieting, im essentially doing the oppsoite for him. @@MrsNunswife steroids are anabolic drugs in this case, they're basically synthetic hormones itself. When you take them, you can get gyno.. that is female breast tissue. Very common in people who take steroids, but I also have it and didn't take any. So, normal and more particularly unhealthy people can get gyno as well. This guy took steroids tho, he doesn't deny it. He said so even.
