Sir, what if the rebar percentage of column is less than 0.5%?

ETABS will never show you that rebar percentage. It'll show you minimum 1% for whatever less value you've. But if you get that through hand calculation then it's different. We're trying to complete this design course through ETABS.

Actually ETABS is showing 0.28% for two columns. I used UBC-97 for earthquake load as UBC-94 is not available in ETABS 20. Other configuration is as same as yours.
