У моего брата тощий sounds very weird, it can only have a vulgar meaning, referring to the genitals, I guess, but I never heard anything like this. My brother has a very thin... As for у меня брат тощий, it is possible, but rude, meaning that my brother is scraggy or very skinny.

franky1991 if you want ask someone something , you should ask politely , for example miss Antonia , could you make classes for advanced users ? and between if you don't have the basic concepts you can't learn the advanced ones , i think that miss Antonia makes a great effort to teach us english freely and in simple way :)
