I know from my experience from having worked on cars, trucks, and vans that an intermittent short (circuit) where a wire within its insulation breaks and there is intermittent contact can be one of the most maddening issues to try and locate -- even running continuity tests on a multimeter. The wire and it's insulation jacket has to be at just the right angle for a circuit interrupt to occur and the problem to be confirmed with the continuity test as to its location. I can only imagine intermittent shorts being equally maddening on aircraft wiring harnesses. Also, it's amazing how easily interference can be generated by the most innocuous items. This too can be equally maddening to pinpoint as to the source. So hearing you talk about the wiring and interference issues brought back a number of memories. I'm glad the folks at the Burlington shop were able to nail these issues for you.

I owned a 1966 Miller conversion Piper twin comanche for 17 years. 175 knots on 18 gal/hr and 106 gal usable with tips. Two things you said are soooo true. It is a constant renovation. Like an RV. Secondly, to slow a TC AND descend can be a trick!😁. My plane was perfect. Had avionics just right. Love the videos.

@@davidroberts2404 Cessna built the 310 from 1954 to 1980. I'm not sure why they stopped building it. But, I'm guessing cause corporate travels wanted a pressurized airplane.

Kevin...as a HUGE fan of aviation...my dear departed father was in the USAF for 8 years, then worked for Pratt & Whitney for 6. I was born and raised in West Palm Beach ....with PBIA's main runway just a few miles from our home. The NEVER ENDING commercial jets flying over our house was awesome and annoying at the same time. DC 10's...L1011's...727's. Cessna's galore. With exception to the P51...I'm not a fan of small prop planes. LOVE jets!!!!! However sir...you and Jamie make me a fan of your skills...your personable ways...and the videos are captivating.
