Also they tend to only account for portions on the cheap side, I'd have to rewatch the video to see if they did that here. Chef Saúl is very creative, his recipes are awesomr but sometimes the recipes he invents with the ingredients given to him are more impresive. I would put the chapulines inside of the quesadilla, so you get that salty flavor in random bites of the quesadilla
