Uske bad dopaher and rat ko normal khana jo bhi ghar me banta h wahi leti thi . pahle 10 minutes salad khati hu jese ki aadha khira ya tamater . Uske bad jo bhi khane me ho roti sabji ya dal chawal. M sirf dopaher ko ak green tea piti thi khane ke one hour bad. Sirf 4 mahine me mera 19- 20 wajan kam hua h sirf our sirf 32 bar formula ke karan.
