@@doga- I also do squats 100 reps, donkey kicks 100 reps, kick lunges, 50 reps and hip bridge 50 reps. I cut off sweets and I do OMAD (One meal a day)

Hello Mizi,i have hypertention and diabetic too..i think this is the exercise i need...im 50 yrs old by the way...been following your vedios.. recently my cardiologist adviced mi to stop my exercise routine for 1 month but ill be back to it by d end of the month so excited to try your new steps...😘thank you

서너 번 정도 잠깐씩 쉬기는 했지만 중간중간 포기하지 않고 따라갈 수 있도록 동작 배분을 잘해 주신 거 같아요! 우선 7일 동안 쉬지 않고 매일매일 해 보려고 합니디!💪🏻

This workout is great and easy enough to follow and do on a consistent basis. I have a back injury and belly fat to get rid of so getting through this made me happy since I'm limited in what I can do. thank you.

MY GOODNESS THIS WORKOUT WAS EXCELLENT. Simple enough to do and not give up 10 minutes in but will make you sweat and tighten up. I’m blown away and cannot believe it took me this long to discover this workout. Brilliant.

I genuinely wasn’t expecting to move my body so thoroughly after the first few moves but I’m sweating by the end of this one!! Such a great flow when your feeling SUPER low energy but still want to maintain your regimen 🙌🏾

I'm honestly here for fun workout and good music! Great job, Mizi! Challenging myself to do an hour of your combined workouts and eating healthier without carbs, sugar, soda, and junk food for a month. Thank you Im totally a beginer. It took me around 40minutes to complete as I had to slow speed and see the movement in some moves but moves are simple to learn to easy to follow . I hope I can lose some weight ,belly fat.

I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘

Was only able to get through a fourth of this before obligations made me stop, still feel it the next day. Even though i usually do other workouts, this one hits more. ❤

I found that this workout was challenging but doable. I was able to complete all of the exercises without having to stop. I felt tired but accomplished after the workout.
