When you’re doing the leg circles - is it important to stay within the frame of the body? That was a big thing with Mari Winsor.

Hey, great question! Personally, I think it depends on each individual and what they’re capable of- I’ve known some teachers encourage students to go really big with the circles, but then if a student has back trouble or is more of a beginner then I would definitely say start small and built up to what feels comfortable.

Hi. In other versions of the roll over that I’ve seen there’s no circles. Is this just a modification of it?
