Kettlebells all the way today! We’ve got four circuits, alternating between two exercises in supersets, decreasing our time on the last round. Options to keep it back to basics, or add intensity as we go.

I don't have kettle bells but did this with my dumbbells and it was a great workout! I loved the core round! I have a wrist injury and it's hard to modify on my elbows all the time for planks, but the pull throughs were perfect!

Windmill workaround for me was overhead press, rack it on the shoulder and windmill. This is better for my lower back and still hits the shoulders. Thx Amy!

Windmill plies- loved that. It took me a rep or two to figure out that my feet needed to change orientation just a little bit between the two but once that worked itself out, it was like 💥
