Tempo Training At Least Once a Month would be a great way for a day of progressive overload. Incredible for strength, cardio and discipline. 10 min snacks focusing on one body area would be a perfect add on

I love kettlebells, this was a lot of fun when it wasn’t kicking my butt 😂 Tempo training was harder this time around but I just kept moving with modifiers. Feeling pretty accomplished this afternoon thanks to you, Amy!

Always love your workouts. I'm not really enjoying the "yes TEAM"s. I prefer a more relaxed energy even when im crushing weights, might be just me. Love you though amy.
