That's your backyard that's insane even if that range is nearby no one's there you're so lucky

I like both of those rifles, have always been a fan of both of them. We are fortunate to have such a great facility in Whitehorse, a lot of dedicated people over the years can be proud of the results. Enjoy your videos. Cheers

If there's a 3:48 why did they make a 356 rim it's so close doesn't make sense
@Max-ye9xg Жыл бұрын
I can't believe it at all right when I said more close-ups in the comments the cameraman zoomed in I didn't know you had a camera man
@Max-ye9xg Жыл бұрын
We want to see the bullets close up and we want to see the rim no thumbs in the way

We want to see the bullets next to each other with a close-up and tell us the four different calibers 348 356 375 all have a rim

Why if there's a 3:48 did they make a 356?
@ronkay15735 ай бұрын
I’m guessing Winchester already tried the 348 and the 356 and 307 were new and both based on the 308 case and would work in the same action. The 348 has a longer overall length of 2.795 and the 375, 307, and 356 all have the same OAL, best I remember, of 2.560. Both the 348 and 356 can push a 220gr well over 2300 fps.

You know when you turn around and start talking to the camera that would be cool to hold the gun real close so we can look at it

What’s barrel length on that 348?
@north612 жыл бұрын
At some point in it's life it was cut to 22" Seems about perfect.

This 375 is that super hard to find 375 Winchester also there is a 356 rimmed which is a 358 rimmed

My father has both of these calibers. Just bought him 9 boxes of 405 win from the 1930's for only $20 a box!

When you turn to talk to the camera you could make the video really really good and they are good videos hold the round so we can see it and the rim too

So who says model 71's are not accurate? That is something I have never heard before.. Both my Winchester 71 deluxe and my Browning/Miroko have always been exceptionally accurate, albeit with low mileage and perfect bores.
@north614 жыл бұрын
The early writers talked about 3MOA. May have been bullets from that era weren't too accurate. Even Ken Waters had a 3-5MOA experience until Sealy Masker re-bedded it. I bought two 71's at the same time. I kept this one and sent back the 4 MOA one. I think it's easy to have some bedding issues in some a highly complex stressed system.

Did consumers demand when they made a 3:58 that they need to make a rimmed one so they call it a 356 should have called it 358 r

Your videos are like 85% super cool if you would hold the rifle for a close up and continue talking and move the rifle around so we can look at it

Hey not picking on you at all it would be cool if you would hold the gun and walk up to the camera and do some close-ups every few minutes I know you would have to get up and walk around
