That was fantastic! It’s been a while since I’ve done strength training first thing in the morning bc I got into the mindset that it should be done later in the day & cardio should be early in the day. Now I remember how much I love starting off my day with strength/compound workouts. I loved the lat lunge with staggered squat! 👌💕 Thank you SO much!

Wow this was amazing! I am in Freehold so I get the NJ weather and I thought I could do this workout and run to do my errands. Nope, I need a shower. Now! I love compound moves! A couple years ago I found Michelle and that was also when I started to change my diet to more protein and not eating late at night. Ive always been a health nut! But, I lost 10 pounds which I did not plan on doing by working out less!!! I’m 58. I do 3 days a week of compound workouts and use anywhere from 10-20 pound weights. My body is completely different. I feel like I’m in my 30s. Walking on my days off or yoga but get outside as much as I can! Thanks for this workout! Monday workouts set the entire week! I would love to work out with you ladies!
