Being menopausal (really hate that word, it sounds like a disease) I'm really struggling with my body. These compound workouts are great! You make weights less scary. A huge thank you not only for creating them, but mainly for the positive vibe you and your ladies bring with you! That's so very special!❤

Michelle!!!!! You ALWAYS bring the fire and the challenge!!!! I am accustom to using my 20 and 15 lb. weights but had to decrease my weight load to keep up. Your combination of moves is unmatched! I have learned from you that it is ok to go at my own pace! Bravo Team Michelle!

Sweating profusely! What a great workout. 63 years old in PA and doing my best to keep everything strong and in shape. Doing more weight training now with some cardio for good measure. Thanks for helping me Michelle!

*super challenging one today! took me about an hour to get it done since i took some physical and mental breaks but i burned over 400 total calories! love the jump training as you can really feel the burn throughout your entire body! what a great metabolism booster!!!*

Your workouts are my favorite! Especially ones like this were I’m all sweaty afterwards. I had a question, if weight loss is my goal wouldn’t workouts like this (full body, high intensity, or cardio) be most beneficial? Instead of the upper body or lower body workouts?

That was fantastic! It’s been a while since I’ve done strength training first thing in the morning bc I got into the mindset that it should be done later in the day & cardio should be early in the day. Now I remember how much I love starting off my day with strength/compound workouts. I loved the lat lunge with staggered squat! 👌💕 Thank you SO much!

Hi Michelle. Thank you for such amazing workouts. Could you please upload a knee and shoulder friendly strength workout ? Have been suffering from knee n shoulder injuries, so a workout taking care of both the concerns at the same time will be very helpful.

I worked a 10 hour shift. Only worked out 1 time this week- i am (post menopause) your one hour power hour) this week. I pushed through. This was amazing!

Love the Jersey Shore 🤗 that’s the best thing about MB workouts. You can modify, with a bad knee, but we keep it moving💪🏼🥰

Wow this was amazing! I am in Freehold so I get the NJ weather and I thought I could do this workout and run to do my errands. Nope, I need a shower. Now! I love compound moves! A couple years ago I found Michelle and that was also when I started to change my diet to more protein and not eating late at night. Ive always been a health nut! But, I lost 10 pounds which I did not plan on doing by working out less!!! I’m 58. I do 3 days a week of compound workouts and use anywhere from 10-20 pound weights. My body is completely different. I feel like I’m in my 30s. Walking on my days off or yoga but get outside as much as I can! Thanks for this workout! Monday workouts set the entire week! I would love to work out with you ladies!

Loved this because we did 2 rounds to give an opportunity to level up and perfect form especially for those Lunges. The HIIT at the end wasn't too bad either. Sweaty mess indeed

This was another great sweat fest!! The compound moves really keep that heart rate up. I have to compliment you on your cues - you say something to correct almost immediately after I am doing the exact same thing! Haha You are so good you know when we all need a little correction 😂❤
