🥵 Day 9 of our „own every rep“ challenge is a SWEATY full body bodyweight workout (EMOM-style) 🔥.
#owneveryrep #fullbodyworkout #functionalworkout
EMOM = every minute on the minute; complete the number of reps within 60s - time left on the clock is your rest period
I included different rep ranges for different levels - so pick a level that suits you & allows min. 10s rest 🙏🏼.

Dang! That was tough woman! To anyone reading, Julia is a beast! I followed along with this on my big screen. I barely got through it. The 3rd round was a little sloppy for me, but I made it! Thank you for making this challenging! I was going to do weights after this morning, not now.

Between an ankle injury busy travel and a vacation I have done much the last two months. This is week one with no limitations. As usual I just what I was looking for, a body weight workout. You correct very sweaty but I loved it.

absolutely love this workout! never underestimate these exercises, looks simple but it's intense~ managed to complete most of the exercises until level 3 💪 I'm drenched in sweat after completing the workout but super happy with the results 😁please do more of these workouts 😍

Perfect mix of tough moves with mobility! Loved this workout and will wait for more. I liked the visual and audible cues for form, changing sides, and next exercise. It will be nice to show the form cues in the second half of the minute, 35-40s mark, as that’s when we start losing form.

Loved this one!! It was so challenging! I did some of the variation you show at the beginning of the exercises and I think it would be easier if you kept them on the screen for the whole time. Also I wasn't clear on wether to take a break on the first sound or if it was just to let us know that the next exercise was coming up. These are not at all complains, I REALLY LOVED IT, I just thought you might appreciate some feedback ❣

Yes I also like the suggestion to keep them on screen the whole time! Have not done this one yet, but I also noticed that if I follow the modification in other workouts and its a new exercise, sometimes I like looking back at it to check If I am still doing it right and than it sucks if its allready gone :p

Thank you for the feedback Otti - I appreciate it! ☺️ Will try to leave on the modification for longer. The first sound is always to make you aware of the next one coming up (next up video pops up to you know what to do ☺️). With EMOMs I always recommend picking a level that allows for 10-15s rest on your end after completing the reps. I put this on screen at the start & in the description as well. I‘ll figure out a way to make this even more clear in the future!

How many "workouts" (a.k.a Guantanamo's torture set) can you do in a day? God bless you and your stamina! I'm dead, and not getting all rep's. But it's challenging. Thank you very much, mobility routines are as good as well. I like your content, one more follower.

I do this routine nearly every day, and I've added my own even more specific, difficult variations for my goals. Love it. This is quite leg heavy in my opinion. Do you have any workouts that focus more on the upper body? I would like to train them alternating. Keep up! Love your work in general!!

Was indeed very hard! And I can only do 3 knee-push ups :p so that was of to a good start :p Maybe I will need a push up workout to get better at push ups before I do this one again ;) And all the bear holds! My quads can't handle those (maybe I should stop skipping leg workouts :p). I did lots of modifications and that made it just right! Thanks Julia! I just love the no talking, but very clear instructions! I hate it when workout trainers try to motivate me by saying things like "just one more!", makes me wanna do one less :p

Hey Hanne 😍 Glad you enjoyed it and liked the modifications as well! For the push up > toe touches you could also switch so just toe touches or focus on lowering down slowly in the knee push up, then getting up in your preferred way ☺️👋🏼.
