Today was my first time saying “i Love her” lol I started watching your vids almost 2 months ago. You’ve become my routine at least 4x a week. I’ve noticed so much change within myself, from balance to strength to mental discipline. Thank you raven! I hope to maybe join an in person class with you someday :)

Jesus Juice, I didnt know. Love it, am using it. I am finished with the workout I added weights on those standing squats, bad idea, I threw them out, the workout was challenging with out the weights. Thanks Raven I love this full body workouts and you added new twists especially with those arm band workouts. My posture has improved a lot since I started your work outs. I even feel and look taller compared to last year.😂*my jump suit is now a three quarter what are the odds.

This was a great workout even without resistance bands. It was much harder on my left side and can we say balance! I’ve been pleasantly sore the last couple days. Also love your workout outfits!

Just finished my second day after a 1 month break from starting my Pilates journey and I was sore after the first video. Feeling it more in my glutes than my abs but that may be because I’m not focusing on my brearhjng.
