27 weeks here with baby number four. Just completed this one... With my 5-year-old and almost 3-year-old who insisted that I put a balloon under their shirts so they could have a baby belly like Mommy and Lindsey! Now there's a visual for you! 😂 The laughter gave me an extra ab workout. 😉 We all enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

Finally a pregnancy workout that actually feels challenging. Left my CrossFit gym after my first baby but I still like to workout with that intensity and this was perfect for my third trimester.

Hey! First I want to say I absolutely love your channel! Other pregnant workout channels felt too easy for me, but these really challenge me! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and these are perfect! Secondly I wanted to say that I’m a chiropractor and just wanted let you know that sciatica is only a symptom that can be caused by a few things. Most pregnant women don’t have a bulged disc, but likely muscle tightness or weakness during pregnancy! Just don’t want pregnant women with sciatica to think they have a bulged disc :) saying this with love! Thank you so much for all that you do, you’re incredible!!

High energy people when pregnant know now where to come every morning for workouts I followed nml workouts in my first pregnancy and have been a follower since then. Second pregnancy 25 weeks down and following nml with more energy and power So glad to have found you

I’m SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS WORKOUT! I’m approaching third trimester but I feel able to train just didn’t want to push as hard as I did pre pregnancy. This was perfect. Challenging but safe for me and baby - thank you again, will be doing this regularly alongside my yoga and resistance training 😘😘😘

Still 2nd trimester with #3 but oof, this was a good one! Just like you said, so good to feel athletic even while pregnant! Got more sleep than you, but getting my 2 year old to sleep in a way that allows me enough sleep nightly is a struggle right now. So grateful for the energy to do this today! High five y'all!

Currently pregnant with baby #1 and I truly never worked out all the consistently. Since becoming pregnant, I really want to be healthy for myself, but of course also the baby. Like most other people said, I really appreciate finding a pregnancy workout that actually feels like a workout. I'm 30 weeks with my first and I've been doing a pre natal barre program that is really good, but sometimes I just need that weight lifting pump. It makes me feel good to know I'm doing one thats safe for my body in this stage. So glad I found this! 😊

Heck yeah! 18 weeks pregnant with #2. This was so great. I can’t do staggered deadlifts (8 knee surgeries on left (4) and right (4) knees so I just did dumbbell straight leg deadlifts with 25 pound dumbbells! Added the rows at the end. So good!

I’m 37 weeks, with baby #5, and have been LOVING your Advanced pregnancy workouts for the passed month. They have been a life saver 💪 ALTHOUGH, I’m having lower back pain every time sumo squat variations come up 😩Does anyone have any tips to combat this?! I’m engaging my core/pelvic floor, and I’m also a stickler about form. But, I’m doing Cat/Cows between these circuits just to continue on, and get some relief! I’d love any advice you can give because I enjoy your workouts sooooo much! Please and thank you!

I worked out with you my entire pregnancy and postpartum has been such a breeze this time around! This was my first workout postpartum at 3.5 weeks and I feel great 🙌🏻

🔥Just gotta say that this was sooo amazing Im dripping and I’m 16 and not pregnant! I love to do your pregnancy workouts bc as someone with chronic pain, I feel safe and I love low impact workout. I pushed at the end and added burpees instead! Thanks so so much, you are my biggest inspo! I learn so much from you and you always make me feel good about myself and my pace! 🙏🏼

Looked at the thumbnail and thought, "ah she's further along here, shouldn't be too intense." UMM I was completely wrong lol. This definitely challenged me in. the best way. 16 weeks and hoping to feel and be strong my whole pregnancy, Thanks for the workout!
