27 weeks here with baby number four. Just completed this one... With my 5-year-old and almost 3-year-old who insisted that I put a balloon under their shirts so they could have a baby belly like Mommy and Lindsey! Now there's a visual for you! 😂 The laughter gave me an extra ab workout. 😉 We all enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

Hey! First I want to say I absolutely love your channel! Other pregnant workout channels felt too easy for me, but these really challenge me! I’m 24 weeks pregnant and these are perfect! Secondly I wanted to say that I’m a chiropractor and just wanted let you know that sciatica is only a symptom that can be caused by a few things. Most pregnant women don’t have a bulged disc, but likely muscle tightness or weakness during pregnancy! Just don’t want pregnant women with sciatica to think they have a bulged disc :) saying this with love! Thank you so much for all that you do, you’re incredible!!

Like most other people said, I really appreciate finding a pregnancy workout that actually feels like a workout. I'm 30 weeks with my first and I've been doing a pre natal barre program that is really good, but sometimes I just need that weight lifting pump. Heck yeah! 18 weeks pregnant with #2. This was so great. I can’t do staggered deadlifts (8 knee surgeries on left (4) and right (4) knees so I just did dumbbell straight leg deadlifts with 25 pound dumbbells! Added the rows at the end. So good!

I’m 37 weeks, with baby #5, and have been LOVING your Advanced pregnancy workouts for the passed month. They have been a life saver 💪 ALTHOUGH, I’m having lower back pain every time sumo squat variations come up 😩Does anyone have any tips to combat this?! I’m engaging my core/pelvic floor, and I’m also a stickler about form. But, I’m doing Cat/Cows between these circuits just to continue on, and get some relief!
