47:40 I think the fact that bro just said "PJ tried to kill KD last night" actually reveals alot about his anti Dallas bias. About 4 different slow-mo camera angles showed Royce O'Neal push PJ onto KD, and bro he is saying "he tried to kill KD"... It shows that he's the type that once his mind is made up about a team, that's all that matters

Then they proceeded to fumble into CJ Stroud with the second pick when all the reporting implied they preferred Young. Wild stuff

Tatum doesn’t need to be the best player in the nba, and likely never will be. As long as he’s top 5 I think he will be able to be the bus driver/best player on a championship team.
@ralph77819 ай бұрын
Shout out to Drew for actually speaking on behalf of Kings fans. I’ll speak on it from a Kings fan perspective but also a big NBA fan in general. This season is NOT a disappointment for us. THAT’S BIG 🧢 and Joel needs to stop saying that. I understand it’s tough to watch all 30 teams but to blatantly say things like Deaaron Fox has not been clutch as like it’s 100% facts is funny. Fox is ranked 4th in clutch scoring. He’s 7th in points total in the clutch despite missing 15 games and nobody ahead of him has missed 5. He’s shooting 51% in the clutch this season which is 5% higher than his current FG%. Saying he’s not clutch is just INACCURATE. And doing this while he just announced he’s playing through a shoulder injury is even more impressive. He’s taken a leap in his shooting which was his biggest weakness in his entire career. He’s at 38%. Keegan has taken a major leap defensively and definitely will make some all defense teams in the future. Last year he wasn’t even close to being a solid defender. Sabonis somehow is even better than last season. Pull him up. Yes we all know he has to show it in the playoffs but I honestly think he’ll be fine. It can’t get any worst than last year. Malik Monk is even better than last year and will most likely win 6MOY. Our defense went from 26th in defensive rating to 18th. Still fuckin horrible but it’s a 8 team improvement while having the same exact team. So our core 4 players have all gotten better or at bare minimum stayed the same. What more do u want from the Kings lmfao??? U got 1 bozo giving them an F grade as they’re on pace to get 50 wins in a loaded West where none of yall even had them in the top 8 before the season started (I went back and watched it). The disrespect. Most Kings fans know we’re in that 1st-2nd round playoff team ceiling tier and that’s perfectly fine. That’s amazing actually. We just broke a 17 year drought last year. Yall talking like we gotta win a championship! Our team is young! Sabonis the oldest of our core at 27. So many things can happen. What if Sabonis gets even better next season? He’s still has time left. What if Keegan turns into a Paul George mold? What if Fox gets closer to SGA tier? He was at 31&6 for the first 30 games of the season prior to his shoulder injury. All these things are certainly possible and will only raise the ceiling. But yall moving crazy. Knicks can have 5 years of mid basketball until this year they finally made a move to potentially make an ECF. GIVE SHIT TIME ITS YEAR 2. The reason we may not look impressive is because the West is just loaded. We’re 3-0 against Denver this season. We’ve beaten Okc twice this season. We’ve beat Minnesota, Dallas twice, Suns twice, lakers twice. We’ve beat every top team and a lot of those wins looked convincing. The issue is our losses have looked bad. When we lose, we lose bad and sometimes to shitty teams. I think it’s because our guys are more tired from trying harder on defense this year but that’s an entirely different subject. Wrong take on Sac from most of you. Treating us like we’re the Celtics. It’s our 2nd season actually competing to be a playoff team and we’re about to successfully do that & crack that 50 win range both seasons. U can’t name 1 bad contract on the Kings. We have every single future draft pick besides 1 which will be the one getting sent out this upcoming draft. So we’re able to throw those 5 pick packages for another superstar down the road. We have amazing flexibility. We’re in great shape. We’re young. Hungry. Confident. Well just have to wait and see how far they go.
@coltondodd30869 ай бұрын
Problem with the kings is their future. Y’all are completely banking on the west having a down year to truly win. Like imagining half the top 6 teams have injury issues or something. The other problem with y’all in the future is neither sabonis nor fox are top 10-15 players in the league. How are y’all ever supposed to win with those two as your best players? I’m extremely happy for kings fans to have the opportunity to root for a team that’s actually making the playoffs since forever. However, the honeymoon phase will go away soon and then y’all are left with a middling team with some serious questions about a direction to take. I’m hoping the kings are able to make the necessary moves to keep building towards a championship roster. The main reason I think most people are underestimating the kings is because they haven’t made any serious trades or moves in a minute while the rest of the west is continuing to get better and compete. The kings Front Office can’t just sit there and hope Murray,monk, Kevin, and the other role guys just get better year after year.

De’Aaron Fox in the clutch this season vs last season: This season: 4.1 ppg, 49.3% FG, 23.8% 3PT, 65.4% FT Last season: 5 ppg, 52.9% FG, 31.8% 3PT, 86% FT Last season he was much more efficient in the clutch
@ralph77819 ай бұрын
@@pickaside Ok but u said he wasn’t clutch this year. He definitely is. Just not as good as last year. That’s ok, he literally won the award. And idk where u got your stats from but we’ll use yours instead. 49% in the clutch is bad?? And the facts still stand. He’s still top 4 in clutch scoring while shooting 49%. Kings are a good team, not great. But u don’t go from a 17 yr drought to a championship the next year. This stuff takes time. If we would’ve bet the bank for another star player this yr, yall would be the first ones criticizing them just like u do with the Hawks after they got Dejounte. Kings will make a move. But if the move isn’t there, then it isn’t there. Let’s give it time and not compare Sacramento expectations to a team like Milwaukee.
@ralph77819 ай бұрын
@@coltondodd3086 Let’s agree to disagree. Kings are not banking on the West having a down year. They’re worried about getting better as a team each year and then the chips fall where they may. In my opinion, we do have a top 15 player. Fox is that. If not, he’s definitely borderline. Sabonis is top 20-25 during the regular season. He just has to prove it in the playoffs. And here’s the thing. I think the Kings are looking at it from this angle. If Keegan can solidify himself as a legit 3rd option, then they’d have 3 players who are all in that top 30ish range. That’s an amazing luxury to have. And even with that being said, Kings have the assets and flexibility to go get their own 3rd star while maintaining the trio they have now. It’s crazy how the talent pool has really made the Kings underrated. Fox is dealing with a fucked up shoulder and avging 27&6 this year and we’re talking about him like he’s just not good enough. Sabonis is at 20-13-8 right now. CRAZYY. Let Keegan develop and you’ll see how good this team can be.
