Saw a guy squatting for the duration of my entire workout and then doing Olympic lifts when I was cooling down lol, makes sense now

Thoughts on dynamic trunk control? I hear Dane from garage strength mention it often as a beneficial result of certain movements

Are plyos where you have to bend your knees to get over something more beneficial than keeping your legs extended or is just another novelty variety thing

bending knee jumps get your abs sore real good. I've never seen Will do lower ab work. He just does the barbell situp for upper abs, and then these knee-bend jumps work the lower abs.

Will, you're a saint! What's your advice for Muay Thai/Striking athletes who train 3-5/week to develop power and strength!? Cheers, Hoss! Love Hoss Olympic! 🍻

If/when do you recommend isolation work? Delts, arms, leg extensions etc? I don’t find myself having time or energy when I need to condition, lift heavy, and get my plyos and sprint workouts in.

Do you recommend beginner lifters do starting strength before doing your programs?
